I'm actually listening to this one before Duldrums, so maybe it's like getting the punchline before the joke, or the sorbet before the bloody steak and potatoes, or the check before clocking in, or...yeah, sorry, it's just that this music is like a wonderful stream of consciousness the only thing that seems to be holding it together is that cozy organ/rhodes bassline, whereas everything above that homey point of departure is in a constant state of change, so it's like the bassline is the thinker, and everything else is his/her happy train of thought travelling across a sweet chilled out space age mental landscape. Ok, so the thinker in question is probably on sedatives (I mean, who's this at peace with themselves?), but the metaphor still holds for me. I think I've gone on enough about this one. Suffice to say I'm grabbing me a copy while it's still free
